The staff was very nice and accommodating when I ran into issues using the dryer. There were also free breakfast rice ball bento vouchers for each night of the stay given. The spa was very quiet so it was very relaxing using the facility.

located in a very peaceful area, and 5 mins walk to the shopping arcade, a big park, kids plaza Osaka. the hot bath on the top floor is very nice. The staff was very kind and caring.

Great position near Osaka metro and stations. Clean room in a quiet zone. Public onsen in the hotel.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. While I was waiting in the lobby for 3:00pm to arrive, a staff member approached me to say I could check in early.

The sentou was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The night staff were super friendly and accommidating. Even though I made a mistake with my bookng, they kindly assisted me and made sure to help me correct the error I made. Super helpful!

Accommodates late check ins. The rooms were pretty standard but felt fresh and not outdated. They have a public hot spring bath that's cheap and open late. I was able to extend my check out time for a fee. The price of my stay was very reasonable
