The room was totally clean. The staff's we're nice. There's like a self check-in and check-out machine so it's kind of like a cool thing. The onsen on the 14th floor was well organized. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I'm willing to comeback if ever! Thank you so much Livemax Hotel!

The sentou was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The night staff were super friendly and accommidating. Even though I made a mistake with my bookng, they kindly assisted me and made sure to help me correct the error I made. Super helpful!

Accommodates late check ins. The rooms were pretty standard but felt fresh and not outdated. They have a public hot spring bath that's cheap and open late. I was able to extend my check out time for a fee. The price of my stay was very reasonable

Great location near to public transport. Washing machines and dryers are available for a small cost to do laundry which is great when travelling.

Nice bed comfortable and people are very helpfull, its in a nice location and very clean.
